Produced by Studio Atelierista during the project, this video captures a social arts residency focused on crafting pedagogies of togetherness. Organised with the support of Erasmus+ and funded by the European Union, the residency brought together 30 participants from Europe and beyond for an immersive three-day programme in Paris in January 2025, followed by a five-day retreat in the south of France in April. Throughout the process, participants engaged in reflection and collective sense-making to explore ways of fostering spaces for being together, especially with young people, and of strengthening social bonds in a time of global challenges.

The core organising team: Anne-Sophie Pastel Dubanton, Arawana Hayashi, Ricardo Dutra, Agathe Peltereau-Villeneuve, Candice Marro (hosting organisation A.M.L.E.) and Marina Seghetti.

Special thanks to our knowledge partners, Aalto University and the Presencing Institute.

Academic Publications in Development

Three collaborative academic articles are currently in the co-authoring phase, each being developed by dedicated groups of six participants.

  • Group 1 is focusing on Awareness-Based Collective Creativity.

  • Group 2 is producing a methodology-focused article on Socially-Engaged Arts-Based Research Methods.

  • Group 3 is developing a case study-based article examining the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Social Arts methodology, centered on the 'Lighthouse Project' project.

All groups are working towards a 6-month drafting deadline, with final publication venues to be finalized upon completion.
