In our global context, with the complex issues we face — the erosion of democracy, gender inequality, racism, social inequality, forced displacement, climate change, and other interconnected challenges — it’s no longer possible to pretend that we’re not seeing.
Often, truly seeing requires the sensitivity to see beyond the visible and to listen beyond the spoken. Hence, the significance of noticing the intangible in further enhancing layers of comprehension and understanding, ultimately leading to new meanings and forms of engagement.

INSTITUTIONAL DESIGN
Marina's work lies at the intersection of capacity building, social art and awareness-raising. Her approach is anchored in hacer campo en el sujeto (working the field within the subject), a relational practice developed at ParamitaLab that creates the conditions for each person's singularity to emerge as a generative difference, transforming the collective fabric it moves through. She designs the institutional conditions — processes and relational frameworks — that enable this practice.
Founder of ParamitaLab and co-founder of Studio Atelierista, Marina draws on her background in fine arts, as well as in institutional psychology, psychoanalysis and education. Her work has crossed paths with the UNDP, the InterAction Council and the Argentine Congress (CPMRC).
PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCHER
Ricardo Dutra is a social designer, researcher, and educator working across diverse global contexts. His work lies at the intersection of social design, arts-based research, and education, with a particular interest in working across diverse epistemes, including epistemologies of the Global South, and embodied, felt, and sensorial ways of knowing.
Ricardo is a University Lecturer in Arts-based Social Practice in the Department of Art and Media at Aalto University, Finland. He also collaborates internationally through graduate teaching, doctoral supervision, and research, and is a Guest Researcher at the Interpresence Institute, Umeå University. He holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design, New York, and a PhD in Design for Education from Monash University, Melbourne.
COMMUNICATION: AWARENESS AND OUTREACH
Thaís has over a decade of experience working with global brands, private organizations, and NGOs, focusing on sustainability and innovation. At Natura, a leader in sustainable practices, she developed projects that integrate sustainability and well-being—considering the individual, relationships, and the collective. Thaís also brings expertise in communication and outreach, promoting positive social impact through products and services. Her holistic approach is supported by a degree in Social Communication from UFES, postgraduate studies in Marketing and Communication from USP, and a Master's in Strategic Design from Politecnico di Milano.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Milena develops visual identities and educational materials for cultural projects, exhibitions, and artist residencies. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Visual Arts, specializing in Art History, Theory, and Criticism at UFRGS. She holds a B.A. in Visual Arts from UFES and is a member of the research group Entre – Education and Contemporary Art (CE/UFES/CNPq). Her research focuses on contemporary art, socially engaged practices, and decolonial studies.
CO-CREATOR AND RESIDENCY HOST
Claudia moves through the intersection of education, art, and nature with a rare capacity to hold complexity while remaining grounded in relationships. Over decades she has cultivated spaces where learning becomes a lived experience that awakens perception, agency, and meaning, anchored in DIA (Development of Intelligence through Art), the methodology of pedagogical mediation she created in 1992. Her work follows a persistent question: how do we create the conditions for human beings to flourish, individually and collectively?
FACILITATOR
Agathe works at the intersection of art-based and awareness based approaches to support individual, collective, and systemic transformation. Based in France, she collaborates with international collectives and practitioners dedicated to flourishing, regeneration, and social change. Her work focuses on bringing Social Presencing Theater and Social Arts practices into communities, organizations, and learning spaces. Between 2026 and 2027, Agathe is supporting the regional development of Social Presencing Theater and contributing to the expansion of Social Arts in Europe in collaboration with the Presencing Institute.

Anne-Sophie is a facilitator and former co-founder and CEO of a high tech company. She supports individual and collective transformation through Theory U and Social Arts.

Arawana’s pioneering work as a choreographer, performer and educator is deeply sourced in collaborative improvisation. She currently heads the creation of Social Presencing Theater (SPT) for the Presencing Institute. Working with Otto Scharmer and colleagues at the Presencing Institute, she brings her background in the arts, meditation and social justice to creating “social presencing” that makes visible both current reality and emerging future possibilities. A dancer, educator, and senior meditation teacher, she bridges contemporary performance, Japanese court dance, embodied practice, and social transformation. Her work includes leading dance companies, teaching at Naropa University and the ALIA Institute, and developing arts-based approaches grounded in awareness, creativity, and collective change.
Katrin leads the Just Money Program at MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning (CoLab), where she is also a lecturer. In addition, she serves as Managing Director of the Presencing Institute. Her research and teaching focus on leadership, organizational change, values-based finance, and participatory action research. She founded the Leadership Academy of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV). Her publications include Presencing: 7 Practices for Transforming Self, Society and Business (2025), co-authored with Otto Scharmer; Just Money: Mission-Based Banking and the Future of Finance (2021); and Leading from the Emerging Future (2013), co-authored with Otto Scharmer. She holds a doctorate from the University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany.
Kc is the executive director of editorial programming at Fast Company. In his role, he leads the magazine's live event content across strategizing and executing stage programming and editorial coverage. Previously, Kc was a social media producer at ABC News's no. 1 morning show Good Morning America where he won a Daytime Emmy Award as part of the team's Outstanding Morning Show win. Kc's work has also appeared across Sirius XM, Apple, Men's Health, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and Inc.
Walter teaches Psychology of Art and Aesthetics at the Universidad Nacional de San Martín and the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in Buenos Aires. His research and teaching focus on aesthetics, art theory and contemporary thought, with particular attention to the body, representation, simulation and cultural experience. Over more than two decades he has taught philosophy, ethics and art theory across several Argentine universities and has contributed to publications in Argentina, France, Germany and Spain. His books include Baudrillard y el cuerpo and Iridiscente. Arte, psicología y experiencia estética. He holds a degree and a doctorate in Psychology from the Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires.
